At a seminar I recently attended the speaker asked the crowd if there was a common trait, skill, or habit that all successful people possessed.
Many people offered suggestions from diet, to sleep; to activity; to education; to discipline; to spirituality. The answers were as varied as the crowd.
The speaker further wetted our appetite that there was in fact one discipline that a leading institution of behavioral study found about successful people, including Tiger Woods, Bill Gates, Michael Jordan, Jerry Jones and the list went on.
The common skill of all of these successful people: a to-do list. Very simple, write down a list of what the most important things you need to accomplish to today and you have a road map.
